Introduction:
The secretarial office is the unit, which is in charge of supporting and planning system for the whole school. Through dealing with the major matters in meeting, official document, administrative planning, and public relation, the secretarial office makes efforts to assist the president and each department t working through all the related matters regarding our school mission.
